GeckoSend provides a file forwarding and sharing service that allows users to upload files and share them with designated recipients via secure download links.

3. Eligibility

  • Not upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
  • Not infringe upon intellectual property rights of third parties

  • Safeguard your security keys and download links

5. Prohibited Content

Content depicting child exploitation, pornography, terrorism, pirated material, malware, stolen data, or any illegal material is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and transmit your files solely to provide the Service.

7. File Storage and Expiration

Files are automatically deleted after the expiration date you set. We reserve the right to delete files that violate these Terms at any time.

8. Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect files but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Payment and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeckoSend from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GeckoSend operates.
